Rosegold Four
Rosegold Four is a barbershop quartet made up of Sweet Adelines from regions 14, 15, and 19. They specialize in the classic 4-part barbershop sound and deliver dynamic performances with nuance and joy. The original configuration formed in 2023 with a personnel switch in September 2024, just in time for their International debut in Kansas City. RG4 is unique in that all four members are music educators. Meredith Glemboski (tenor) and Vera Crouse (lead and Director of GRC) attended Longwood University together where they each earned a Vocal Music Education degree and began the journey singing together in various quartets. Along the way, Meredith met Debbie Keretz (bass) who was directing a young singers group called Pieces of Eight. Debbie is also an arranger and directs Lehigh Valley Chorus. After Meredith moved to NY, she began singing for Harriette Walters (baritone), director of Greater Nassau Chorus. And just like a puzzle with pieces that were meant to be connected, Rosegold Four found its way together. Although new in their endeavors together, members of RG4 have performed in many International contests individually including quartet, chorus, and Rising Star. Now united, they are excited about sharing two things with audiences around the world: their love of the barbershop craft, and the joy of singing together.
